XECO Sherry Pink Lady Cocktail Sherry Cocktail Recipe from XECO Wines

 

We're seeing pink with this bright highball that pairs fino and grapefruit.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 50ml of XECO Fino
  • 10ml Monin Grapefruit Syrup
  • Tonic water to taste
DIRECTIONS:

Build the drink in a tall/high-ball ice-filled glass. Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit. Also delicious with Rhubarb syrup.
