MONTI SPARKLE
Sherry Cocktail Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 25ml of XECO Amontillado
- 1 sugar cube
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 15ml orange liqueur
- Prosecco to taste
Place the sugar cube into the bottom of the glass. Add the Amontillado and then top with Prosecco, leaving enough room for the orange liqueur float. Garnish with an orange twist
