Amontillado Sparkle CocktailSherry Cocktail Recipe from XECO Wines

INGREDIENTS:

  • 25ml of XECO Amontillado
  • 1 sugar cube
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 15ml orange liqueur
  • Prosecco to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Place the sugar cube into the bottom of the glass. Add the Amontillado and then top with Prosecco, leaving enough room for the orange liqueur float. Garnish with an orange twist or a few pomegranate seeds for a festive feel.
